    • Having lost four of five, the U.S. (again) looks to right the ship with a friendly in Zurich against 12th-ranked Switzerland. While Jurgen Klinsmann would like to get playing time for some of the new faces, he wants to “see consistency a little bit with the players that started in Aarhus against Denmark.”

    • Michael Bradley on wearing the captain’s armband: “To captain the national team is really something special. To be able to lead the guys out as captain and have that experience is very special, and I won’t forget it anytime soon.”

    • For the first time since November 2012, Clint Dempsey is No. 1 in the ASN 100. Check out the complete rankings.
