Johannsson is a better technical player and one-on-one forward than Altidore. Bedoya and Zusi can control the tempo of the wings, while Bradley manages the offense in the middle. Cameron and Johnson can be used primarily for defense while making occasional runs and/or long passes. The back line with Brooks and Yedlin is a bit more inexperienced, but they provide height and speed, respectively; Beasley and Besler will be more composed in their positions.
