I say play as many of Klinsi's "spine" as you can: Jones, Dempsey, Altidore are all here, so get 'em working and build some more chemistry. Cameron is far too good to leave outside of the starting XI, with all players healthy and available or not. He's impressed at RB for Stoke and was good against Austria back in November (I'd also consider sticking Spector in there or at LB). Brooks, Castillo, and Onyewu can use the opportunity to prove they should make WC squad, as could Kljestan. Bedoya is the best option out right (and a Klinsi favorite as of late), and Johnson has been a LM with the US, and might be the best option (when considering Shea is an option, as well).
