With Altidore out of form and having just (hopefully) played in the league cup final I think it's best that the inform Johannsson gets an opportunity to impress. Diskerud has played well in a more attacking midfield role and with Bedoya and Dempsey flanking him we will have a lot of options going forward. Jones and Bradley have basically solidified their places in midfield so there is no reason not to give them more game time together. At the back I think it's time to reintroduce Onyewu and maybe give Brooks a chance to learn by playing alongside one of the most experienced players in the squad. Fabian Johnson gives us more attacking and defending wise than an aging Beasley. Cameron gets a chance to play at his regular position for Stoke (I don't understand why he doesn't start there every game for us). And last but not least, Tim Howard rounds off the team to face Ukraine.
