We start with what 'core' JK has given us in this camp, with Jozy, Dempsey, and Jones, and work around it. LB was a difficult pick - would not be surprised if Ream actually started there but since Castillo is flying all the way to Cyprus, he needs a reward and gets the start. As the best field player in Europe, Cameron must start.
