No massive surprises here. I favored Goodson over Gonzalez out of personal preference and Johannsson over Altidore based on current form. This close to the dance, there's not much time left for trying out new routines. Klinsmann needs to stick to the steps that are most familiar in order to carry on last year's good groove.
