A best-guess side, with the caveat that I expect JK to start McCarty over Gil, but couldn't resist the urge to throw the kid into the team. The lack of an actual left back outside of Michael Harrington makes that spot difficult. Maybe Harrington starts, but it's equally possible JK flips Parkhurst. I think.
