Each player has something to prove. I want to see if Johnson can cut it on the wing, provoding another option. Magee needs to show the quality he displays in the MLS. I want Donovan to earn the captains armband. Diskerud should provide a creative spark. Gil and McCarty need to show they can play at this level, just like Magee. All the backline need to prove themselves as well. If we can find 1-2 gems out of this game who could potentially go to Brazil, I will be very happy.
