I'd expect to see a few surprises such as Brooks and Cameron starting rather than some expecting Gonzalez (he's been out of playoffs since last week while Brooks/Cameron played this past weekend). Johannson starts over EJ (not great as a winger) due to his passing ability/vision with Shea a chance to come on for him or Diskerud. Same for EJ with Altidore. This is Diskerud and Bedoya's chance to really place a stake for those positions moving forward or at least providing JK some comfort they can start if necessary in WC2014. The rest are pretty obvious picks.
