This won't be the actual starting line up but I have my reasons for making it. Starting with the defense I like Lichaj just as much as you, ASN, and I also agree that playing Johnson at left back opens up space in the midfield for some of our great midfielders not named bradley, jones, donovan, or dempsey while also giving us an upgrade at the position offensively and defensively over Beasley or Castillo. Brooks is the future at CB so I'd like to see him get his 2nd cap and Cameron I think is more sound CB than Gonzalez. Bradley is an obvious choice but I'd like to see him play with klejstan instead of jones just to see what kind of chemistry they have as a duo (there potential I think is pretty high). Finally, regardless of form, Altidore is a better hold up striker than Johansson so he should be up top, and Dempsey, bedoya, and Johansson are the best of the bunch left to play in those 3 attacking midfield roles.
