I think I might have picked the worst possible team, but the defense is such a crapshoot... Depends on what Klinsi wants to see and prove. I tried mixing vets with youth. Does he stick with Omar-Besler? I don't think he does, just to see what combos can work. I'd be shocked if Gooch sees the field for more than one half of a group game.
In the midfield I have Beckerman there so he can give some defensive bite, it's pretty much a 4-1-3-1-1 with Donovan hanging back a bit. Don't really have any other defensive mids.
Sucks leaving out Beasley and Johnson, but they'll swap in - Johnson will probably start over Gomez.
