Goodson and Altidore have not done nearly enough on the international level to warrant a start every time. Give Boyd the start because this one is against Germany. If that doesn't inspire him to perform on another level, I don't know what will. EJ looked like the only one who wasn't afraid of the Belgians on Wednesday, so he's a must start. Bradley is a much-welcomed addition. Beasley gets the start by default. Shouldn't start the second half, though. Castillo has to see minutes.
