I shudder at the thought of that back line going against Belgium. Brian Sciaretta mentioned Besler has a knock that may keep him out of the game and that Cameron has been practicing at CB. Run DMB has been assured a spot (LB?), leaving ... Parkhurst at RB.
Up front... it's not really going to matter. The US has gotten off three shots in WCQ (scoring on two of them) and now faces some of the best defenders in the world. I expect to see a number of subs in this area - fresh legs for the important matches next week. I don't think Stu Holden will get the start, but I could see him as a sub. Same with Jozy.
