I'd like to see Kljestan and Zusi to get the start, I think both could create some chances for Dempsey and Johnson. I don't see either of them playing as outside mids in this setup. Any play from the flanks will have to come from Parkhurst and Cherundolo pushing up.
I debated playing Bocanegra at LB with Edu starting at CB, but Boca isn't very helpful bringing the ball up the flanks.
