If you play for a draw, you are flirting with a loss. Timmy at keeper is understood. Stevie at RB, Cameron and Bocanegra at CBs. Boca admits he likes to play more centrally in the defense and putting your two oldest players on the wings is asking for disaster. No Johnson, no Castillo, someone has to play at LB! Therefore, place Mo at LB. Obviously not the first, second, third....etc option, but Mo is versatile and makes the most sense to put back there. If not Mo, try Danny Williams. Up top, EJ and Herc. Have Deuce play up a little bit so that the formation is almost a 4-3-3 and then have Bradley a box to box player. Zusi on the right playing crosses in and Sacha on the left. Have to have the most creative players in the midfield to create opportunites. The magic number is 3. If Jamaica wins 3-0 and the USA were to somehow lose by 1. Then the collective US Soccer fan base would be crushed and the World Cup would 6 years away instead of 2. Play to win, accept a draw. Play to draw, expect a loss. GO GO USA!
