This is how I think the U.S team will and should start the game against Costa Rica.
Cameron is likely going to be forced to play RB with Evans and Cherundolo injured. It's not optimal but he is playing RB and Parkhurst is not playing at all.
In the second half, if the U.S wants/needs to press for a goal, I think Jones is replaced by Aron Johannsson who moves up top alongside Jozy in a 4-1-3-2.
Also, it would not surprise me to see John Brooks get a late game cameo to cap-tie him. He has a big future with this team.
