If Altidore is healthy, he has to start. I'd like to see Johannsson with him, but Dempsey should start and the Ice Man can cometh in the second half.
Limited by call-ups at outside back (Yedlin and Klute, please?) but Beasley and Johnson are developing a decent partnership and Cameron is playing well in England.
I'd be really surprised if he starts Beckerman instead of Jones, but the way he controlled play at the Gold Cup, I'd love to see him get a shot with the A-team.
