My theme is young and possession. They objective is quick, 1-3 touch passing with interchanging movement. My formation is actually a weird 4-2-2-2. Diskerud & Corona are dual playmakers working off each other and can move wide to feed balls into Altidore & Boyd. Williams & Bradley are my stabilizers that protect the back 4 and provide the link between defense and attack. F. Johnson & Lichaj provide the width with their ability to push forward. Okugo & Brooks are lock down CBs with size but also good with the ball. Last but not least S. Johnson is that GK that can gobble up crosses, has catlike reflexes, and can command the back 4. If there was an option Gatt & Gyau would be attacking subs and Gil & O'Brien as the "possession" subs. Of course this is more my team of the future!!!
