Donovan and Dempsey get plenty of space to be creative and set up Altidore while also attacking goal themselves. The midfield three are all tenacious to win balls defensively and keep possession in the midfield. We do not have much width but that isn't a problem because we do not have a natural winger not named Brek Shea. Donovan and Dempsey are both better in the center of the field. Defensively, all the backs play in top European leagues that get tested regularly (Boca - Spanish 2 is still quality). Timmy Howard is a stud.
