This set up would actually play as a 4-1-3-1-1 with Dempsey in the #10 role, and Bradley playing the #8 role that, for me, Lampard has excelled at. You need the danger that is F. Johnson and Donovan on the wings, and I feel that they could interchange so seamlessly that it only makes sense to put them there. Jozy up top is a given, as he is in the best form of his young career, and only looks to get better. Geoff Cameron for me has solidified the position that Klinsmann loved putting a guy like Beckerman into, sitting behind the midfield and supporting them, while staying at home and covering a young but talented back four. Cherundolo for me is still the #1 RB in the pool, and Chandler's ability, as he has demonstrated in the past, to play on the left, while not his preferred position, allows for interchange between he and Johnson on the left side. Gonzo and Besler and far and away the best CB options for me, and Howard in net, while not a given, is good for this young back four.
