I've been dying to see the physical duo of Boyd and Altidore up top together and a match against Antigua is the perfect scenario. The US should be on the offensive for most of the match so service will not be at a problem. They won't need to create their chances, something Herculez Gomez is probably a bit more effective at, they just need to finish them. At other times, the forwards can occupy the defenders and allow Dempsey, Donovan and Zusi space to be dangerous. Williams can be the holding mid after his strong showing against Jamaica and only one should be needed. I'm assuming Michael Bradley won't be in full match fitness after his injury otherwise the lineup selection becomes trickier. The back four is obvious other than Cameron, whose ability to make quality passes will be more important than his defending against an inferior team.
