Altidore only works if he gets service. Push Johnson into the midfield with Donovan on the right and Jozy gets decent delivery. Dempsey in the middle can creat for himself or others. Williams seems best in the middle defensively, plus would allow Bradley to get more involved in the attack. Boca and Cameron are the best CB we currently have. Lichaj wide left and Cherundolo on the right, though Dolo could eventually be replaced by Gatt. Howard needs no explanation.
