It's old, yep and that's not good, but it's go time and Altidore is the only player in his generation that is ready. Jones does the dirty work and is the a better passer than Mo even though Mo is a better athlete. Bradley possesses under pressure and makes clever long passes and the occasional golazo from outside the 18. Yeah we need width, but we also need creativity and someone to compensate for our no-true-attacking-center-mid position. (Common Stu!) We better get width from Johnson and Cherundolo as Gomez and Dempsey are pretty damn similar... Hustle, toughness, johnny on the spot, simple consistent finishers with intermediate difficulty shots, and the occasional deep bomb. Jozy needs some real class to play off of as well. Dempsey is tenacious and clever, but Donovan is a creator. Get Jozy the ball as much as possible. All players with exception of the backline are on pretty good form right now, but our backline is a mess period so whats new!
