I'm assuming a healthy Stuart Holden in imperious, dominant 2010-2011 form. If that assumption doesn't hold, plug Danny Williams in the center of midfield. I debated sticking F Johnson in Zusi's spot but decided the dropoff from FJ to Lichaj at left back was greater than the dropoff from him to Zusi at attacking midfielder. The back line and front line are self-explanatory, especially with Altidore in current form. Zusi is a playmaker having a breakout year, and Michael Bradley is Michael Bradley.
