Jones for Holden is likely, but this is wishful thinking that Holden gets back to Premiere League team of the year form of 2010. Also, Shea for anybody who can win that left-sided position, again I am picking the player I believe has the highest upside. Barring injury or massive drop in form, however, I think you're looking at 9-of-11 WC14 starters with near certainty.
