A good ol 4-3-2-1, you got Johnson who is very solid at left back and has proved worthy of his spot. I would drop Cherundolo for Parkhurst because he has performed amazingly for his club and he needs more international expereinece leading to the world cup because unfortunatly Cherundolo is aging and i dont think he will make it for the next world cup. Center backs are first Cameron who is doing extremley well with stoke city and has performed well these past few qualifiers. Im a little shaky on Bocanegra but he will do because of his experience, i would rather Omar Gonzalez get a call up. Midfield i would have Williams as the holding midfielder, he played extremely well against Jamiaca. Donovan on the left side to bring in that amazing speed, and Bradley on the left to bring in his amazing passing abilities. Gomez and dempsey up front. I think they are an amazing combo and Altidore who has been killing it for AZ, is up top for us.
