Gomez has been the best up front so far. I think we the US can work the back line better out of position with these two up front. Johnson's service and motor earns him this start. Jones is a liability anywhere in the back and Williams can serve out of the back better and is better on the ball. Gonzalez will be the leader in the future. Cherundolo hasn't hurt us any and gets into the attacking third well.
