I know it's going to look as though I didn't even make it halfway down the alphabetical list and just filled spots with the first names I saw. I actually keep a spreadsheet to calculate the top players in the US system and these are the 11 highest ranked individuals, except I felt that Clarence Goodson had to be moved up a few spots to make a back line of 4. It's not so much that this is the lineup I would choose for one match as manager as it is a reflection of my quasi-objective system for identifying the best players.
