Brek Shea on the wing might be a bit of a stretch, and Graham Zusi seems to be playing the hot hand as of late, but I want his athleticism out left. Plus, Shea can always track back to help Johnson when the left back makes an overlapping run.
Clint Dempsey playing beneath Jozy Altidore is a no-brainer decision for me.
