I'm assuming MLS & LigaMX players still alive in the playoffs won't be called, and yes, I'm hoping EJ is available after tonight ;) If Klinsmann doesn't bury the hatchet with Altidore, then Boyd may start. JK also has a tendency to start Jones, though I think Bradley-Williams are a better pairing. Dempsey plays higher, not at the #10, roving behind Altidore, and Bradley plays ahead of Williams, in the space Dempsey vacates. There's no 4-1-3-1-1 type of formation, but it's basically how we looked against Guatemala.
