While many may disagree from Zusi's recent performances vs. Germany, at RM I'd have Herc' because he's the perfect kind of attacking energy you need when going at Jamaica. We saw it last time we played them at the 'office'.
Another difference probably from many is Cameron as CB instead of Gonzalez. He has more experience, and vs. Jamaica they will exploit that lack of experience like Honduras did in Honduras. I rather have Besler who has been just the better defender in my opinion over Gonzalez start along side a better position Cameron at CB than RB (regardless of what he plays for his club)/
