I think Gonzales likes playing with Besler more. Cameron will get back in, based on his experience in the EPL. For me, the only other area up for grabs is left midfield. I didn't think Fabian Johnson had much impact in the Germany game in his 45 minutes. Jamaica will provide the U.S. with chances to score because they play such an open style and I think Eddie Johnson is a better finisher, though I don't think he rates better than Fabian.
