This won't happen, because Klinsy has never (still?) run the same 11 out there twice, and this was the team that started against Germany on Sunday. Likely Jurgenisms: 1. If Fabian actually is hurt at all (hammy), EJ starts out on the "wing," which in his case means floating up into a forward position remarkably often and not playing much defense. But his speed would help against Jamaica if the pitch at the Office is reasonable. 2. Thanks for a great game against Germany, Brad Evans, now sit down for no apparent reason as Cameron gets the start. And I'd be fine with that, but at some point, we need to play the same back 4 a few times in a row so Omar knows who he's supposed to mark on set pieces. 3. It's a CONCACAF away game, so there's always the chance JK wants to run three D-Mids out there, with Jones moving up to LM and Danny "eh, I'm not that much in form, and you haven't seen much out of me lately" Williams dropping in at LDM.
