No LB? No problem. The US won't be pressed much defensively, so don't push Boca wide. Parkhurst is better going forward, even out of position. In the midfield, players that can possess the ball and move the point of attack will be essential. I think these four will give the US the best chance to hold the ball patiently and build sustained pressure. Up top EJ and Deuce provide one of the few combos that have a history together. They did play at Fulham together, remember?
