Based on current player unavailability and assuming no new players are brought in, there is really no option but to move Boca to LB and bring in Goodson. In doing so, you effectively concede there will be no overlapping runs on the left, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Use a triangle of central midfielders (which, for the record, I hate), with DWill taking primary responsibilities as the #6. Dempsey and Zusi play wide and slightly behind Gomez as the tip of the spear. Dempsey is on the left so he can cut in to shoot with his right. Zusi serves in crosses from the right and combines with an overlapping Dolo to create scoring chances.
