This is a tough one, considering the players available. I put Kljestan as the LM because of his versatility. I left Johnson at LB because I like the threat he brings from the fullback position. Between Cherundolo and him, that's where the U.S. will get its width play, allowing Zusi and Kljestan to drift more toward the middle. Other than that, I hope it's self-explanatory.
