Gomez and Dempsey seem to work. Dempsey can track back if needed. Johnson and Zusi to deal with A&B most likely packing the middle, so the US can have at least some width - even though Zusi is technically more of a central player. Bradley more involved in attack w Williams deeper. Big risk is Castillo at LB, but he should be decent against A&B, not sure I'd use him versus GUA. The main reason he is in at LB is so Johnson can be in the midfield and more in the attack. Rest should need no explanation.
