Simple: Put your best players on the field, and let them figure it out. I think you gotta have Donovan and Dempsey together, but you can't ask much of Donovan defensively. Bradley and Williams can hold down central midfield. Bocanegra and Cameron can hold down the back of the field while Johnson, Cherundolo and Zusi go on the attack.
