Altidore and Dempsey seem obvious up top, as do Bradley and Jones in the middle and Guzan in goal. I think based on form, Johnson and Zusi start out wide, though I could also see Kjlestan getting a look. The defense is tough--but Edu looked so good last game I see him pairing with Gonzalez. Beasley is a guess at LB, but he has experience, and Cameron has been playing RB for Stoke so that makes sense.
