I don't expect to see this, but I think at this point it's important to get Cameron and Gonzalez as much time together in the middle as humanly possible. Which leaves the MLS bros a chance at fullback. The offense and midfield pretty much pick themselves.
Knowing Klinsmann, he'll probably play Jones at right mid and I'll be really mad, but a win is a win is a win.
