Dempsey is playing slightly ahead of the two holding mids. I expect him to interchange with Zusi a lot. Depending on the game situation, Beasley may push forward and this may become more of a 3-2-3-2 with Edu, Gonzalez and Cameron at the back; Bradley and Jones shielding; Zusi, Dempsey, and Beasley attacking; and both Johnson and Altidore up top.
