Don't think anything changes Bradley/Jones in the midfield. I wouldn't be surprised to see Gomez/Dempsey up top, but I think Dempsey will need to be midfield to help out the make-shift defense. I've always thought Kljestan should start on the wing, but Klins might pick EJ again.
