JK has to stay with Cameron and Gonzalez as center backs, and Morrow seems like the only true left back on the team so he needs to start so that his first WCQ isn't in Azteca. I think Jones is told to stay back and protect the back line, which allows Bradley to play more forward although i think he will also sit fairly deep in the midfield if Costa Rica hass possession. EJ and Zusi have shown they can play wide, even if they prefer to play more centrally. I also see EJ and Dempsey interchanging some to keep Costa Rica confused.
