I picked this lineup (and formation) based on who I think Klinsmann will pick. Dempsey and Gomez will play wider and a tad deeper than the formation here suggests, with Altidore playing the CF position, though he won't be expected to solely be a target man. Chandler and Johnson will maraud into the attack given the lack of width from the midfield. WIlliams will play mop up duty while Bradley and Jones bully their way into the attack.
