Howard, Bradley, and Dempsey are a lock. Altidore cuz he's been tearin' it up for AZ. Gomez cuz he scored a goal recently for Santos and will do well in this heat since he plays in Mexico. Jones for grit, and Zusi to get some crosses in. Fabian is back from injury but we might see Castillo if Johnson can't go 90. Chandler filling in for 'Dolo (and to cap tie him). Bocanegra for experience but Gonzo could spell him when he gets tired late in the game. Cameron for his athleticism, EPL experience, and ability to pass out of the back.
