I know Jermaine Jones will play and most likely start... the conundrum is where to start him. He's not a LM, CAM so where to you put him in the formations above. The rest seem pretty obvious other than do you start Altidore up top or go with Gomez? I think EJ is a 12th man of this team and will come in for someone later in game. Possibly Zusi or Klestjan for Jermaine after he gets a yellow.
