The Hondurans eschew possession in favor of quick chances, and I would keep four plus one at the back to limit their opportunities. The US keeper may need to be heroic as well, and Howard gives the best assurance there.
Up front the US is going to have to be opportunistic, as well, so I like Dempsey in the middle with the chance to be creative and get the ball to the shooters Altidore and Gomez.
