Were I a betting man, I'd say various limbs would have to be falling off the duo of Bocanegra and Jones for them not to get the starts here, but I'd rather see something closer to this: An asymmetric midfield line of Williams, Bradley, and a deeper-than-the-diagram-allows-him-to appear Zusi feeding balls to a dropping Deuce, a flying up the left wing Johnson and an Altidore who (hopefully) thrives with the support the other two would be able to give him. Someone tell Jozy that Wilfried Bony just picked up a hat trick for his country.
