I went with Brooks and Cameron at CB because both of them have been absolute beasts for their club teams. Brooks has made LCB his for Hertha, and Camerons stats are most impressive for a new defender in the EPL. Dolo, and Johnson are the two best outside backs right now. Chandler is closing in on Dolo though. Howard at GK because he flat out stood on his head in multiple games for the U.S. this year, and he and Everton are in 5th place in the EPL. Kicthen was exceptional this year as a DM. It was his first MLS season as a DM, and he flat out was a stud. He dominated the midfield a lot in the MLS and dominated the midfield against PSG in their friendly. He has a very high cieling. Bradley at CM well because he has become the most important field player for the USMNT. He is the engine that drives the USMNT now. Zusi had a remarkable year for club and country, and will only continue toget better in 2013. Dempsey was the USMNT leading goal scorer in 2012, and is finally settling in at Tottenham while showing good form. Chris Pontius because he came back from a nasty leg break, and flat out had his best year in MLS. If Landon takes an extended break look for Pontius to capitalise. Finally Eddie Johnson. This guy proved all of the pundits and his haters wrong. He scored 16 goals overall, and helped the USMNT get to the Hex by scoring two goals against Antigua while setting up Deuces game winning goal against Guatemala. I think EJ is poised to be the starting striker for the USMNT against Honduras. Him and Deuce have really good chemistry on the field something Klinsmann loves to have in his squads. This my starting 11
