Opting not to include young Goodson but rather with an experienced player Spector, who will assist Bocanegra better because of his good communication. Replacing Tim Howard with Friedel would be ideal, considering the "human wall's" impact at the 2002 World Cup and his amazing saves at Totthenham. Despite being retired from International football, he would be the ideal candidate for the last line of US Defense.
